I heard about this fat-loss technique of not eating after 6:00 p.m, do you think it's a good option? ................................................................................
Going until midnight alone, without food, could cause a late night binge. We generally have less will- power at night due to the different hormones floating through the system at this time.
Also, if you're someone who likes to get work done at night, such as writing or reading, this wouldn't be optimal either since it would interfere with your concentration.
Now for the main reason...
If you were to stop eating at 6:00 pm and not eat again until 8 am, that's essentially a fast of 14 hours!
If you've been reading this website for any length of time, you know this is a huge mistake. Not only do you go through blood sugar swings, but you're forcing the body to break down precious muscle tissue for fuel. That same muscle tissue that is keeping your metabolism running hot and burning calories for you.
The simple answer is no, it's not a good option.

I’ve got fat located in the area of my body where my arm meets my shoulder, and I can’t get rid of it. Are there any exercises in particular that would help improve that? Or what about any spot reducing supplements?
I know I should be having some protein and carbs after a weights workout, but what about after cardio? I've heard that you should wait 2 hours before eating.
