How do you get rid of stretch marks?
..................................................................................
Christopher Warden: Unfortunately, there's no simple answer for this. In the event that you get them, there's very little that can be done to permanently remove your stretch marks.
However, to make the best of the situation, common practices are to use Vitamin E, Coco Butter or Fish oil on the skin to improve/maintain its health.
If you don’t have stretch marks and want to do your best to prevent them, make sure your lifestyle habits promote healthy skin:
•Drink plenty of water
•Eat balanced, nutrient-rich meals
•Exercise
