I work a lot. Usually more than 90 hours per week. Much of that time is spent sitting at my desk. In the later part of the day I find I get sluggish and need to rest my head on my desk for a while to recharge. Is there anything I can do to boost my energy during the day?

 

I’m a 24 y/o male going through Law School so I haven’t been very active. I’m on the skinny side and want to know how I can build up some muscle to fill out a bit.

 

Is it possible to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time?

 

I'm a new mother and I've got about 15 to 20 pounds to lose. What would be the best program to go on to lose the weight fast?

 

What do you consider the #1 mistake people make when trying to add muscle?

 

I have a personal trainer I see at least twice a week. What do you recommend I do on the other days I don't see him? Cardio, weights or classes? I don't want to interfere with his program for me and didn't know which would be better, if not a little of all three. Thanks

What do you think of that diet where you eat certain foods based on your blood type?

 

I’ve always been told to get a six- pack you need to do a lot of abs work with high reps. Would you agree?
