The rubber suits you see some misguided people wearing while working out do nothing more than make you sweat more. There's no fat loss benefits from wearing the rubber suit.
Wearing a rubber suit will not only make you look silly, but could actually have some very real consequences. Performing intense exercise in a rubber suit can cause dehydration, dizziness, heat exhaustion and heat stroke, and has been linked to a number of deaths (mainly due to dehydration and complications arising from dehydration). If you're not convinced, Google “rubber suit death”.
As far as having challenges losing weight,
you've come to the right place. I suggest you read a few articles on the
site, starting with the
Foundations of Fat Loss series. This will give you some basic
knowledge on how to lose weight effectively. We've also written a thorough, fool proof weight loss plan that covers all the bases ( including the little known techniques and tricks only the insiders know). It's called Black Book of Secrets.
It's an instant download, meaning you'll have it within minutes. Any time we update the book, you get another complimentary copy. Head over and purchase it now. You'll be glad you did.

How many hours at the gym is enough to lose weight?
Is cardio the best way to get toned? I'm a mom just starting to get back into working out after a long layoff off due to work and family commitments. I haven't been to the gym in a little over 2 years even though I kept the membership and I feel like I'm starting from scratch. I need to lose about 30 pounds and want to shape up as soon as possible.
Is it possible to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time?
