I like that these vitamins are made so they do not dissolve in the stomach. Vitamins with iron usually bother my stomach but these do not. The mint taste is a bit weird but makes them go down easily with water.

Then it’s covered in some fake mint flavor which doesn’t at all cover the taste of the fish you’ll burp up non stop for 48 hours. I haven’t had heartburn since I was pregnant… started taking these and that familiar feeling retuned. I thought it was because I “cheated” and ate fries for dinner… but the next night I had it again and then again.
From reading the reviews, it looks like I got off easy! Awful product. Take it off the market now

These vitamins do their job and definitely give me supplemental nutrition without giving me any stomach issues that other supplements have done in the past. My only issue with these is that, even though they are vegan, they leave a horrible fishy aftertaste. Anytime after I take these and burp, even hours later, it tastes like the smell of fishy cat food. Not sure why since these do not have fish in them, but it is unpleasant. However, I'm still taking them anyway because the pros outweigh the cons.

Someone mentioned a fishy taste, which I think is utter nonsense. It tastes and smells strongly of mint, and since you are swallowing the pill whole you never have the opportunity to taste the contents of the gel. An able bodied adult will find the pills easy to take.

I bought it when I saw it on TikTok, but I took it for the first time a week ago; the smell gives me a headache, the minty taste going down your throat is horrendous, but the worst part is burping up fish ALL DAY. It literally makes me gag. I cannot stand these, and they are expensive for the size.

Although I still do not like these vitamins, the customer service team is very caring and attentive - they deserve more stars.
